A sense of place
Local knowledge guides our choice of locations, with connections, schools and everyday amenities close to mind.
Rooted in Cork
A considered home.
A lasting community.
We bring the care of bespoke homebuilding to communities across Cork. Thoughtful layouts, carefully chosen finishes and a close understanding of place shape every Vella home.
The Vella approach
Good homes begin
with good thinking.
Led by founder Donal Relihan, Vella Homes draws on a background in bespoke residential development across Munster. Our team brings together construction, engineering and surveying experience to create homes around the way people live.
Our work spans private, social and affordable housing. We choose locations with established amenities and transport connections, then bring the same attention to layout, craftsmanship and everyday comfort to the homes we build.
